Providing women with massage and bodywork for pain relief, stress reduction, athletic conditioning, improved flexibility, and general well-being, and with guidance on nutrition, diet, and lifestyle for navigating the many stages of their lives in health, joy, and balance.

***Please Note***

During the coronavirus era, my massage therapy office is closed.  I hope to reopen at some point, when I feel confident it is safe to do so.   Meanwhile, I continue to offer you support in finding greater balance, health, fitness, and contentment through live-streamed  Holistic Yoga  &  Soft Foam Rolling classes––via Zoom.  I’ve been teaching online since mid-March, and am loving how these two practices are so complimentary.  Many students are doing both.  This link  to my new online calendar provides the details and sign-up for these value-added classes that work for every schedule.  Still have questions? I’d love to hear from you through my Contact page.

Be well my friends.  Perhaps you’ll join my new online tribe soon.
