During the coronavirus era, my massage therapy office is closed. I hope to reopen at some point, when I feel confident it is safe to do so. Meanwhile, I continue to offer you support in finding greater balance, health, fitness, and contentment through live-streamed Holistic Yoga & Soft Foam Rolling classes––via Zoom. I’ve been teaching online since mid-March, and am loving how these two practices are so complimentary. Many students are doing both.
